

Chicken and Greens
Set out to make a vibrant Japanese dish. Discovered I had basically, only green and black things in the cupboard. Make it work in your favour. Ingredients (for 2) Two Chicken thighs, butterflied out. 1 egg Panko Breadcrumbs Cornflour White Flour White Pepper 1 Aubergine 1 Courgette 1 Romanesco 1 Avocado 1/4 cup Japanese Cooking Soy Sauce 1 Heaped Tbsp Raw Brown Sugar 1/2 Bulb of garlic, minced Ginger, grated 3 Tablespoons of Mirin 2 tablespoons of Rice Wine Vinegar Sushi Rice


Burnt Butter, Pistachio and Potato Soup
Autumn came early this year. Here's the soup for that time, with optional salmon. Ingredients: 50g Butter 6 Cloves of Garlic, minced (or more, lets face it) Half a lemon/and its zest 1 cup shelled, unsalted pistachios, Sour Cream/Kefir/Oat Cream 800g baking potatoes, medium sized.
